Ingredients required to make Superfood Salad -
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Mustard Sauce
1/4 tsp Chilli Sauce
Salt to taste
1 1/2 Rocket Leaves
1/4 cup Puffed Quinoa
1/4 cup roasted Bell Peppers
Method to make Superfood Salad -
Take olive oil in a bowl and add vinegar, honey, mustard sauce and chilli flakes to it.
Mix it well and add salt to taste.
In another bowl, take rocket leaves, add puffed quinoa to it.
Add roasted bell peppers, scooped watermelons and the dressing that was prepared.
Toss the salad well and sprinkle some pumpkin seeds and cashews to it.
